Shipping Policy

We ship all of our BED IN A BOX mattresses via standard ground shipping (carrier may vary depending upon location), so you should receive your mattress 5-10 business days after your order is processed. This is subject to change based upon carrier delays, inclement weather, and other factors that may impact delivery times.

Return & Exchange Policy

We suggest sleeping on your new mattress for 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust. If after 30 nights, you are are not completely satisfied with your mattress, please email us at whypayretailtexas@gmail.com or call us at 832.607.7323 to discuss your options. During this process, we may request information such as your order number and date or photos of the matttress.
